RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing the EZ Hanging Bracket.  We stand behind the quality of our products that we sell and we hope you are pleased with the purchase.  But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return it to us for a full refund.  We are here to help.  Please see the information below on our return, refund and cancellation policies.  

Returns and Refunds

  • To begin our return process, you can send an email to Info@ezfoldingbracket.com with the reason (i.e. RETURN, INCORRECT ITEM, DAMAGED) and the order number in the subject line so we can expedite the investigation and assist you with any concerns you might have.
  • You have 30 calendar days of purchase in order to return your item in order for a refund to be given.
  • Inspect item upon delivery.
  • Refuse delivery if item is damaged and completely unusable. Or if damage is noted, you can an accept delivery and sign off with the carrier “damaged upon arrival”. Do not refuse undamaged items.
  • Photograph the item and packaging. Photographs must be clear and attached to your claim within 5 calendar days.

Note: There will be a 20% restocking fee on all return order unless a replacement order is made.

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special order brackets. These are considered final sales.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
  • Any claims made more than 30 days after you have received the bracket are not-refundable. 

Please email the customer service at Info@ezfoldingbracket.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

  • After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in it’s original packaging.
  • Item must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase. RIA number must be marked on the outside of the package and also include a copy of the Return Authorization email inside your package so we get the proper credit.

Because shipping companies are sometimes hard on packages, we recommend that you seal your package securely.

  • Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a tractable shipping method (USPS, FedEx or UPS) to mail your return. This will ensure you are protected against any loss or damage before the returned item reaches us.    
  • COD shipment cannot be accepted and will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  • If your bracket arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist you with a replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt to expedite your replacement.

Changes to returns policy  

Change to terms and Conditions and to Site.  Our company reserve the right, at any time and without notice to you, to add, change, update or modify this Return Policy.  We can add, change, update, and make modification on the Site and without any notice to you.  Any changes, updates, or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued via the same method of the original purchase.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card with the original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Returns received past 30 days from the date of receipt and/or not received in original condition cannot be refunded. Shipping charges, custom and special order brackets, non-stock items are non-refundable.  Standard Shipping, Express Shipping are not refundable.

Canceling your Order 

You have the flexibility of being able to cancel your order up to 60 minutes after receiving an emailed order confirmation.  After this time, the order is already in process. 

Please e-mail Info@ezfoldingbracket.com within 60 minutes of placing your order. Use subject ORDER CANCELATION and please include your order number.

Note: If you have already received your order, please refer to the Return Policy as a cancellation is no longer available.

Shipping

We will ship your order in the fastest and most secure manner. We ensure that your EZ Hanging Bracket order is given priority and that it is packed and leaves our warehouse in less than the 2 to14 days of receipt of your order.

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA. 
  • Orders to international destinations will not be process at this time, except CANADA.
  • Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Orders to these destinations will incur Shipping and Handling charges.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping Options: 

We offer three different shipping options.  Please find the solution that best suits your needs. 

Note: We offer free shipping on standard delivery only. 

  • Standard delivery: Available 2 - 14 business days (after shipping)

    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    We are not responsible for loss of shipments after the carrier delivers the product (per confirmation on tracking numbers).

    If you have not received your shipment, we recommend the following steps:

    • E-mail us.
    • We will confirm that it has been shipped.
    • We confirm with the carrier that the shipment was delivered.
    • Check with your carrier.

    All shipping and handling fees are included in shipping costs.
